Shipping policy

Once a package has been shipped, it is no longer within my control. I am not responsible for packages that are not scanned by the carrier, delayed in transit, or fail to arrive on time. All packages are handed directly to the shipping carrier, and any issues that occur after that point are outside of my responsibility.
